You didn't know there was a parkrun on the heath? Well there wasn't. But there is now. It's a complicated (but well signed and marshalled) double lollipop with hills that go on for ever. At one point, I was beginning to think I was running round one of Escher's never-ending staircases, but just as I began to lose hope, the downhill section arrived. Will I do it again? Probably not, since the journey's vile. Would I do it if I lived nearby? Definitely.
