I'm no expert Alan, but I'm told that you can take a picture to most big supermarkets and they can scan it in and put it on a cake as a thin film of sugar paper.
I got one done for Black Park and I just stuck a jpg of the design on a memory stick and took it to my local cake decorating shop and they printed it onto a very thin sheet of icing. Can't remember what it cost, but it wasn't expensive.
How was the cake made? Looks like it was printed! We have our first anniversary coming up so keen to know what is possible. Thanks. Alan - Wynnum
